Dental Implants

A lost tooth can be replaced by a dental implant.

Denatal implant is a Titanium screw which retains a crown.

The type of screw must be biocompatible(friendly to the human body tissues), osseointegrating(joining with bone), light weight and strong. Thease qualities are found in Titanium and we use Swiss Straumann Titanium dental implants and Biomet 3i dental implants(U.S.A) to replace missing teeth.

Please note the dark triangle and the collapsed back teeth!

The decayed(bad) tooth roots were removed and Straumann implants were inserted. Once the bone regenerated sufficiently around the titanium implants, two separate teeth were constructed.

In complex reconstructive dental work, it is essential to fully understand the work involved, the cost and the time frame. We will assist you to have the best treatment, individually designed for you!

Swiss Srtaumann dental implants       £2500

Anterior (aesthetic zone) bone level Bio met (U.S) 3i  implant     £2500

Mini implants                     £500

Thease are used to stabilize dentures, for provisional constructions and for creating anchorage for orthodontic  tooth movement.

Treatment of peri-implantitis

Peri-implantitis is the infection which sometimes sets around the implant/ biological tissue interface. This is a modern disease, as implants have become more frequent in the past 20 years. The complications as peri-implantitis is been still investigated by many researchers. Many factors are involved including, surface texture, micro-organisms, occlusion and technique (How sterile).

To avoid this complication, the implants should be well maintained with special instrumentation and methods.

Treatment Per implant       £250
